Needle-Free Acupuncture

It all begins with an idea.

Try “Needle-Free Acupuncture”? Let's try TuiNa in Sina Acupuncture.

Tuina is a fantastic alternative for people who are worried about the needle.
Tuina is a form of Asian bodywork that has been used in the East for centuries. Tuina is a combination of bodywork, acupressure, and other forms of body manipulation.
Removing these blockages restores the balance of energy in the body, leading to improved health and vitality. Treatments are usually applied over loose clothing and not directly to the bare skin.
In TuiNa, stimulating specific points in the body can trigger the release of endorphins (chemicals produced by the body that relieve pain). When endorphins are released, pain is blocked, and the flow of blood and oxygen to the affected area is increased. This causes the muscles to relax and promotes healing.
To be a professional expert in Tuina requires years of clinical experience.
Tuina is good for : Neck pain, Shoulder pain, Back pain, Sciatica, and Tennis elbow.
